By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal & Disclaimers. If you disagree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must supervise a minor’s use.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, harvest, copy at scale, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe rights, or use the site to harass, defraud, or violate law.

You are responsible for information you submit and confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not send passwords, payment information, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. You grant us permission to use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate, correct listings, administer claims, and operate the site.

Submitting a claim or upgrade request does not establish ownership, approval, placement, pricing, or a commercial relationship. We may request reasonable verification and may reject, suspend, edit, or remove a listing or promotional request. Any paid service, sponsorship, giveaway, or advertising arrangement may include separate written terms that control if they conflict with these Terms.

The site’s original branding, design, arrangement, and written material are protected by applicable law. Business names, logos, reviews, photos, map data, and videos may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, directory, licensed, or embedded purposes. No ownership of third-party material is claimed.

We may display paid, featured, affiliate, or sponsored content and will identify it where required. Third-party links and embedded services are provided for convenience. Your dealings with any business or provider are solely between you and that party.

We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated effective date; continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” The disclaimers and limitations on our Legal & Disclaimers page are incorporated into these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the applicable service during the prior twelve months or US $100.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site operator and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to describe the dispute through our contact form and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Any permitted court proceeding will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Wayne County, Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning site use unless separate written terms apply. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will survive.
