“These folks unloading don't mess around. Great place for delivery. The whole place is kind of messed up trying to pause/park to locate the receiving office. Trying to find the exact door for receiving but they'll give you a dock and you're in and out.”

“Worst experience ever. I buy material nationwide from all suppliers. I’m also a big name in the social media scene for moving and storage. I am posting my experiences and will take all my future business to other suppliers. I expressed all of my concerns up front to Jody in customer service, prior to placing my order. She told me they’d have material ready to go. As soon as I checked in, they’d have me get to a dock and would get me loaded in a reasonable amount of time. Since this wasn’t true and my card was run so many times, my card was flagged for fraudulent activity. My company is based in PST and I had to wait until 8 am pst to have it turned back on. Finally, 11 am est, she said to pull around to dock 1. It took nearly 40 minutes from that time to get my material brought out to me. I’ve got an irate customer and 3 laborers that have been sitting on my clock waiting on me. All approximate start times were based on ball park numbers by Jody. My customers and laborers knew they could be a variance. I was at least 2.5 hours behind schedule. Once a customer is upset, it’s hard to win them back over. So thanks for nothing, Victory. Not to mention, I have never paid these astronomical numbers for material.”

“I have been coming to victory packaging for a while now to pick up loads. Trevor loads my truck in no time, and makes sure I’m back on the road. The pallets even look better and I have no issues with the mess of the loads like before. I had to introduce myself to him to let him know what a great job he’s doing!”
