“I have had a very rough couple of months with health issues. I have had to come to THL a few times and each time I received the most amazing, compassionate care. Units I was on: ER,3E,3W, ICU,4E,4W,Dialysis, and to the Doctors, PT/OT, Clerks, kitchen staff and anyone else I may have missed: thank you so much. I am so grateful to have met all of you. Your smiles and dedication and love for your job helps so many people.”

“I wrote a long review in December 2025 regarding the abuse my mother received while in emergency. The review is now missing and has been removed from their website. I’m not sure how they are able to remove a Google review.? At the time of the abuse. I filed a formal complaint in person. The emergency room nurse even admitted what happened! I was told I will be hearing from the hospital administrator, but never did.. How is this hospital still in business. Are people going here because its close to their home??? It needs to be shut down. FYI, I broke my leg in December. When the ambulance came to get me they suggested I go to Corewell emergency on 7 Mile near Haggerty vs Trinity in Livonia. By far the best experience ever!!! Super clean, Very professional, all equipment up to date and working. In and out in no time at all. If you have an emergency avoid going to Trinity.”

“Went to take my grandmother to have a procedure done and the lady at the desk in surgical name Mimoza. Was passive aggressive and I honestly think racist. I was talking to my grandmother regarding hospitals and how workers can be rude to ppl but patients can’t be rude back because they are protected. The lady walks from behind the de and says to me I hear everything you are saying so I said to her I wasn’t talking to her and I was talking to my grandmother and that I do don’t care if she heard me I would write it down and I will whisper it in her ear she then proceeded to get louder with me causing a scene and saying please don’t be rude please don’t be rude like literally making a scene. She wouldn’t give me her name at all she just grabbed her supervisor asked her supervisor for her name and I had to pull teeth with that as well and was told that the lady has been working there for a very long time. I have no idea what that has to do with anything. But yeah I guess that excuses her for being rude and racist. But nobody else in that area was treated the way I was… I will be calling corporate. And going on social media.”
