“I had a very disappointing experience with the security staff at this location. The guard was on a personal phone call while attending to me, which already showed a lack of professionalism. Despite being on the call, she kept asking me questions loudly and repeatedly, without properly listening to my responses. When I politely asked her to first finish her call or listen carefully, she became aggressive and started raising her voice. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she told me not to “be smart” and implied she could deny me entry or report me unfairly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone in a position responsible for managing drivers and visitors. Communication should be respectful and attentive, not dismissive or threatening. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure respectful and professional conduct from security staff.”

“The lady at the second shack at Gate 1 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I attempted to explain that my load was a dedicated shipment, not an expedited shipment, but instead of listening, she immediately became argumentative and started yelling at me. She even threatened to call security if I didn't leave before allowing me to explain the situation. I tried to calmly clarify the misunderstanding, but it was clear she either didn't understand the difference or wasn't interested in hearing it. The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile and frustrating. Based on my experience, customer service and communication at this facility need serious improvement. If you read the other reviews, you'll see that I'm not the only person who has had issues here. I would avoid this place if possible.”

“Tips for all drivers delivering to Livonia transmission plant #1. Turn off your truck when checking in. The clerk would not have to speak loudly if they did not have to compete with your trucks engine #2.END ALL PHONE CALLS PRIOR TO APPROACHING THE WINDOW to check in. NO ONE wants to repeat themselves numerous times because you are on the phone. #3.COME AT YOUR WINDOW TIME .You will be asked to leave and come back. The clerks are told by ALL of management to adhere to window times. #4. When the clerk asks for your RXO# if you are an expedite , Don't get mad at the clerk if you were not provided the RXO# by your dispatcher. Just pull over and call your dispatch. The clerks jobs are to get get you processed efficiently. #5. DONT LIE, the system the clerks use has ALL of your loads information. #6 The clerks are understanding to a point...but if you are being greedy and trying to pick up loads and you know you will be out of hours before your scheduled delivery time ,Don't get mad at the clerks when they wont let you check in early. #7. Safety vest and shoes covering your toes is a non-negotiable. Again don't get mad at the clerks.”
