That Girl· 2 months ago“I usually go to the one in Canton but thought I’d give them a try. No regrets! I had a horrible experience at another shop. Called these guys and they quoted me at a better price. They did a thorough inspection and confirmed the repairs were necessary. It was a lot of work but they managed to get my car back to me same day! Only regret was not asking them about one of my seat belts lol highly recommend. I plan to use them in the future.”
Ebay Guy· 5 months ago“Repairs seem to be okay. Very frustrated with service writer Mark. He was abrasive within the interaction, and then further escalated rather than trying to be conciliatory. The issue(s) were escalated to the owner Jim, who was very nice and tried to take ownership. Unfortunately, on the recheck of our vehicle, Mark also did the intake, had the same attitude, and even proceeded to make notes and make them audible "customer scheduled to have recheck on xyz, customer missed appointment, customer was rescheduled for another day, upon inspection blah blah blah". Uh, we didn't 'miss' the appointment. We called the day of and talked to the other service writer and asked if we could reschedule. A missed appointment would be some sort of no call/no show. We spoke to the establishment and rescheduled, and then made the rescheduled appointment. That wasn't good enough for Mark, as if he had to mouth off and make some sort of point? As if a customer would accept being talked to with that type of verbiage and tone, like he was highlighting that we did something out of line. It just seemed that instead of Mark accepting his first reprimand from the owner as a training opportunity, he'd rather give the metaphorical middle finger because he can never be out of line or wrong and has to get in the one-up last word. On our recheck I think he should not have been given the account, because he learned nothing and I hope that owner Jim sees this because his efforts to maintain / retain our business was completely blown when Mark messed this up again on our 2nd visit back. Work seems decent, they do smoke in the shop and you can expect to get your car back smelling like cigarettes. Jim the owner is very sincere and would probably make his business shine if he is able to be there more. Mark, in my opinion, is a know-it-all that does not appear to be trainable and it is quite dubious to keep him there especially after the owner Jim had a talk with him. It appears he learned nothing :( At this point our family might consider them in the future, but not if Mark is there. Again he not only took no ownership for some service failures, but he chose to check-raise the situation and negatively escalate things further. I'm not interested in that as a customer, at all... Gino Dorazio· 5 months ago“Could not have asked for better service from this location, Dan specifically. They were very accommodating, timely and the price for a transmission flush was better than expected! AutoLab gained a lifetime customer.”
